Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 1 November 2025
Welcome to 5DVibration. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how You may use My website (www.5DVibration.com, the “Service”) and book sessions with Me (the “Provider,” “I,” or “Me”). By using My Service, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If You have any questions, please contact Me through the contact form before booking.
Bookings, Payments, and Consent
When You book a session, You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. By sharing Your payment details, You allow Me to pass them to these providers in line with My Privacy Policy. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of errors, unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Consent for Custom Services (EU Compliance): By booking an Astrology Consultation or Report, You understand and consent to Me beginning the personalized analytical work immediately. You acknowledge that, concerning custom digital content under EU consumer law, You expressly waive Your 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) once the personalized work has commenced (i.e., after the initial 3-day grace period, as detailed in Section 4.1).
General Rescheduling and Late Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all live, synchronous sessions offered through the Service.
- Rescheduling with More than 24 Hours Notice: Rescheduling is free of charge. You can select a new time at no additional cost.
- Late Rescheduling (Less than 24 Hours Notice): A late reschedule or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be treated as a Late Cancellation. The full session fee is retained by Me, and a new booking is required.
- No-Show: Failure to attend the session at the scheduled time is a No-Show. The full session fee is retained and is non-refundable.
Energy Sessions (Clearing, Rejuvenation, Chakra Activation, 5D Energy Therapy)
3.1. Remote Diagnostic Work
Before every energy-based session, I perform an individual remote energy diagnostic. This preparation includes deep energy field reading, chakra assessment, identification of blockages, and preparation of the session structure.
This intensive work typically begins 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time and is included in the session price.
3.2. Cancellation Policy for Energy Sessions
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the session: Full refund (minus payment-provider fees).
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the session: No refund. The individual diagnostic and preparation work has already been completed and is considered a rendered service.
3.3. Rescheduling for Energy Sessions
The General Rescheduling Policy (24-hour notice) in Section 2 applies.
Astrology Consultations and Personalized Astrological Reports
Astrology services fall under personalized services and custom digital content produced on request.
4.1. Astrological Sessions — Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation within the first 3 days after purchase: Full refund (minus payment-provider fees).
- Cancellation after the first 3 days: I will have begun preparing Your chart manually, which requires many hours of focused manual preparation. Therefore, cancellations after Day 3 are non-refundable.
4.2. Rescheduling Astrological Live Sessions
The General Rescheduling Policy (24-hour notice) in Section 2 applies.
Zero-Refund Situations Across All Services
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Failure to show up to the session (No-Show).
- Cancellation after the allowed period (e.g., less than 48 hours for Energy, after 3 days for Astrology).
- Changes to a request made after personalized work has already begun.
- Dissatisfaction with the content due to misaligned expectations.
Confidentiality
Everything shared during a session is kept strictly confidential. Your trust is paramount, and privacy is respected on both sides. I will not share personal identifying information without Your express permission, except as required by law.
Health and Responsibility Disclaimers
I am not a medical professional, psychologist, or financial advisor. My services support personal growth, energy balance, and spiritual development. I do not diagnose, treat, or offer professional advice for medical or psychiatric conditions. Sessions are intended as complementary and educational.
You are responsible for the choices and actions You take during and after a session. I strongly recommend You consult a qualified professional for any physical or mental health concerns.
No Guarantee of Outcome: I make no guarantee, expressed or implied, that the services provided will yield any specific result or outcome, or that they will cure or alleviate any particular condition. Spiritual work is inherently subjective. All sessions are provided on the understanding that You are solely responsible for creating Your own results and for the interpretation of the information provided.
General Legal Provisions
Availability and Changes: I strive to keep information accurate and up to date. However, details such as availability, descriptions, or prices may change without prior notice.
Intellectual Property: All original content, including text, graphics, and structure, on 5DVibration remains My property and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without My express written permission.
Links to Other Websites: My website may include links to third-party sites. I am not responsible for their content or practices and encourage You to review their terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While I aim to create a safe and supportive environment, My total liability for any damages arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amount You paid for the service in question. I cannot be held liable for indirect or unforeseen damages.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain valid.
Updates to Terms: These Terms may be updated occasionally. If changes are significant, You will be notified at least 30 days in advance via the website or email. Continuing to use the Service after changes means You accept the new Terms.
