Visually, it looks like a certain number of spheres of same size, which fit into the energy structure of a person. The norm nowadays is 5 – 8 energy spheres.
Integrity or Wholeness of your energy structure is the main parameter determining presence of active transformational processes or drainage of energy. Auric Energy Field is the diameter of the energy structure surrounding physical body, which can be visualized as a large sphere/ ball. This sphere consists of subtle energy bodies, energy centers, subtle fields. It is a sort of container, storage for our energy, like a gasoline tank. Energy Centers/ Chakras are psychoenergetic centers, intersections of channels transporting all human energy flows. They are responsible for the transfer of energy from the energy structure to certain organs of the physical body and for the interaction of a person with himself, others and the rest of the world regarding all spheres of life.
