OM Pranayama: This practice involves inhaling deeply and chanting “OM” on the exhale, visualizing the sound resonating from the center of the forehead.

✔ Sound Therapy: Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, or solfeggio melodies generated by electronic devices at 852 Hz.

852 Hz is the frequency of liberation from illusions and delusions. This sound brings order to chaos, reveals the true nature of those around you, and uncovers deception from others or self-deception. It supports spiritual growth and clarity.

Meditative practices that involve visualizing indigo light flowing through the Third Eye Chakra enhance the effects of this frequency.

 Drinking clean water, avoiding fluoride, and using chlorella, apple cider vinegar, and iodine also support pineal gland health, mental clarity, and intuition.

Amethyst, lapis lazuli, sapphire, sodalite, celestite, fluorite, and labradorite are crystals that enhance clairvoyance, clear the mind, and strengthen your connection to higher wisdom.
